Mission Statement

The mission of the Claremont Forum is to promote individual and social well-being through education, the arts and wellness programs.

Description

The Claremont Forum is located in the Claremont Packing house. It is the organization which conducts the Prison Library Project and sponsors the Sunday Farmers and Artisans Market. In the Forum gallery, educational and health-related classes and workshops as well as art shows and musical events are presented. The Forum also maintains the Thoreau Bookstore, where used books ranging in scope from the arts and fiction to self-help, religion and metaphysics can be purchased at reasonable prices.
