Mission Statement

No Time For Poverty, in partnership with the community of Port Salut, Haiti, is working to eradicate the suffering and save the lives of desperately ill and starving children living in poverty. Using a comprehensive, community-based, health care program, we work to provide the highest possible standards of preventative healthcare, curative medicine, and health education.

Description

Opened in November, 2012, Klinik Timoun Nou Yo, Kreyol for 'Our Childrens Clinic,' provides quality medical care and treatment to children living in the region of Port Salut, Haiti. KTNY will medically treat approximately 18,000 children annually.

I have never volunteered with No Time for Poverty, but I have been to several fundraisers and it is clear that the people involved are truly dedicated to helping the beautiful children of Haiti. I do plan on taking a more active role in the near future.
