Low and no interest loans are provided to qualifed families in selected target areas. We also acquire foreclosed properties, repair them and sell or rent them to lower and moderate income families. (3) Small Business Incubator/Accelerator. The CDC owns and manages a 12,500 square foot small business incubator that provides below market rental space for small and emerging businesses. Technical assistance is also available to enable businesses to grow and prosper.
