To promote and empower safe, healthy families by connecting them to suitable community resources that will assist them in achieving their highest potential.

Description

The Glendale Community Partnership develops strageties to reach out to vulnerable families, including households headed by grandparents or other relatives, who are having difficulty meeting their children's basic needs.

We believe "it takes a village" and work with families in the context of their extended families and communities. We help families to develop and carry forward a plan that builds on what is strong about them and their neighborhoods to meet the needs of their children.
