Figure Skating in Harlem provides girls ages 6-16 with vital educational and athletic opportunities that build self-confidence and promote physical well-being and academic achievement. We use the discipline of skating to teach important life skills such as perserverance, responsibility, teamwork and leadership to girls in under-served communities and to encourage their academic excellence and a safe and positive environment.
