For over 20 years, TGR Foundation has been unwavering advocates for the transformative power of education. We have a universal vision: giving students in need the right resources for lifelong success in school, their communities and the working world. We are pioneers in positive youth development, encouraging self-advocacy skills in young people. We foster a growth mindset, instilling in students the power to persevere and define their own path. Through our award-winning STEM curricula, college-access programs, digital platforms and educator professional development, TGR Foundation offers underserved students the tools and support needed to thrive in school and beyond.

Description

Specific programs of the foundation include the TGR Learning Lab, a one-of-a-kind, 35,000-square-foot education facility custom-built for underserved youth within Southern California. Everything at the TGR Learning Lab is about active participation and hands-on learning. Scholars in grades 5-12 experience college-access programs focused on science, technology, engineering and math. Interactive classes - in subjects ranging from rocketry and marine biology to graphic design and coding - allow students to explore a future in almost any career and recognize the importance of attending college.

I think that the Tiger Woods Learning Center is a great opportunity for children and teens. At the Tiger Woods Learning Center, students will obtain the opportunity and privilege for entry-level, and part-time careers, which may also lead to a full-time career. I also think that the Tiger Woods Learning Center is a good place where children may obtain free, additional training to obtain the skills and knowledge that they need to succeed in the business world, work-force, and in higher education!
