Mission Statement

Pawtucket Citizens Development Corporation is dedicated to community revitalization in the Pawtucket area by providing safe, decent, affordable housing for rental and home ownership for low to moderate income families as well as through the promotion of economic development.

Description

Besides developing affordable housing, PCDC encourages community revitalization through it's community organizing efforts. PCDC annually organizes and sponsors an Earth Day Clean Up, a Neighborhood Block Party, and the Community Garden Program. This year PCDC is working with the local neighborhood association to develop a free afterschool program for children in the neighborhood.
