Unfortunately many volunteers did not attend so we had to cover more positions. The families were very happy. The objective of the organization is very good, so is a shame that there were not many volunteers.

I volunteered at The Super Run in Grand Rapids, MI at Riverside Park on Saturday, June 3.
It was quite unorganized, the volunteer instructions had the wrong address. Several volunteers, including myself, considered just going home after driving around trying to find the registration table.
We were able to finally find the registration table. The first thing I did was take signs out to the road, so the runners would know where to go!!
Overall, it was fun to see all of the runners in their costumes and cheer them on at the finish line.
