Mission Statement

Our Mission is to enhance, extend, and coordinate services available to those 60 years and older residing in the Spring Creek Towers community; to empower senior residents by fostering their involvement and participation in the development and implementation of programs which will benefit them.

Description

We offer a variety of programs and services to help our seniors live a healthy and active life, manage health and social issues as they age in place. We provide information, link them to resources which can help solve problems, help them cope, manage health and many more.
