Mission Statement
The Lili Claire Foundation was established to enhance the lives of children living with neurogenetic conditions such as Williams Syndrome, Down Syndrome, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, and Autism, while providing hope and resources for the families who love them. These neurogenetic conditions, along with many others, have a profound effect on a child's physical, intellectual, and behavioral development.
Description
The Lili Claire Foundation was established in 1998, by Keith Resnick and Leslie Litt-Resnick, to honor the memory of their daughter, Lili Claire, who was born with a neurogenetic birth defect known as Williams Syndrome. Lili died when she was five and half months old after undergoing an open-heart surgery to correct a heart condition associated with the disorder. Lili inspires our efforts to continue to improve and enrich the lives of children with neurogenetic conditions, while providing hope and support to their families, through our growing and evolving programs and services.
