Mission Statement

CCP was established as a community-building organization whose mission is to engage and empower families by helping children and families produce change in their school and community

Description

We offer programs for parents and children throughout the school year, September to May. We also offer a summer program .

We have a student mentor program two days each week. One program is on Monday's and the other program is on Thursday's.
