Description

Controlling the endless stream of special needs and/or at risk animals pouring into animal care facilities by providing educational programs, training, and prevention methods including the promoting of spaying and neutering of companion animals;

· Promote environmental improvements for all animal dwelling environments and natural habitats.

· P roviding a lifetime home, if necessary, for animals that have special needs and/or at risk, disabled, and/or have a chronic condition requiring specialized care;

· P roviding a safe and healthy environment in which to rehabilitate and re-home abandoned, neglected, abused, or otherwise homeless animals.
