Child Safe Michigan provides youth and young adults, ages 7-21, the opportunity to positively interact with an adult mentor. Youth are given the chance to develop a relationship with an adult mentor, other than an authority figure, who then becomes a role model and advocate for the youth.
Child Safe Michigan's mentoring program is the only successful mentoring program in the state that is dedicated primarily to youth in foster care.
