Description

A community-based organization committed to: High quality patient care; Improving and maximizing quality of life; Educating terminally ill patients in the community who have CANCER, CARDIAC, COPD, ESRD, AIDS, MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS, and any end-stage disease; Providing care/services which enable most patients to remain in the comfort and privacy of their own home. The following services are provided based on each patient's individual needs: PHYSICIAN CARE, NURSING, CARE, HOME HEALTH AIDS, SOCIAL WORKER, SPIRITUAL COUNSELING, VOLUNTEER SUPPORT, BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT AND OTHER THERAPIES/SERVICES.
