Mission Statement

We are a grassroots, nonprofit group of dedicated volunteers who have banded together to save the lives of dogs from abandonment and abuse. We do what we do for the love of these beautiful dogs.

We specialize in non-shedding dogs, Bichon Frise, Poodles, Maltese, and their "friends"

Many of our rescues come to us in a "ragged" condition - hence the name - Rags to Riches!
