Computers For Youth - Philadelphia

CFY takes donated computers from corporations and other large institutions and refurbishes them with educational software appropriate for middle school students. We then put these computers in our students' HOMES so that they and their families can learn together. Besides the actual refurbished computer, CFY also offers training to the family on how to use the computer, ongoing tech support and internet access. Once CFY refurbishes the computer and adds its enhanced services, we call the final product a "home learning center."
