The mission of the Pinellas County Urban League is to assist African Americans and individuals of diverse cultures in the achievement of social and economic equality. The League implements its mission through advocacy bridge building, program services and research.

Description

The Pinellas County Urban League (PCUL) is a non-profit, non-partisan, interracial organization dedicated to the achievement of racial justice and economic, educational and political equality for all. To achieve this goal, the PCUL, in conjunction with the National Urban League (NUL), conducts programs in education employment, housing and urban affairs, economic development, crime prevention and intervention, youth services, law and consumer affairs, social welfare, and citizenship education
