LWB provides humanitarian aid to orphaned children in China through Education, Foster Care, Healing Homes, Medical, and Nutrition and Orphanage Assistance Programs. It is LWB's vision to provide the most loving and compassionate help possible to orphaned and impoverished children in China, and to show the world that every child, regardless of his or her needs, deserves to experience love and be treated with dignity and care.
Love Without Boundaries is a 501(c) (3) United States tax exempt, non-profit corporation, founded in 2003. Since its inception, LWB has touched the lives of thousands of orphaned children. We have partnered with many U.S. and Chinese philanthropic organizations to improve and in many cases, save the lives of children living in orphanages throughout China.
Our accomplishments include:
Foster Care for about 200 children in 8 provinces, 19 cities/locations
Healing Homes has 4 locations to help orphaned children with serious medical issues needing specialized care. These children are extremely vulnerable, due to being born with medical needs that often cannot be met in an institutional setting. LWB's healing homes are staffed with specially trained nannies who devote their time to the careful nurturing of these children.
Medical Program has provided surgeries and other medical care for thousands of orphaned and impoverished children from provinces throughout China, We fund many types of surgeries and treatment, including:
- Heart surgery
- Cleft lip and palate repair
- Colorectal repairs
- Tumor and neurologic issues
- General surgeries, such as hernia repair and intestinal issues
- Preemie care
- Orthopedic care and evaluation
Medical Exchange Program sends international medical teams to China for orphan cleft surgery
Nutrition Program has provided high quality formula and nutritional assistance to children residing in orphanages throughout China, giving the gifts of health, contentment, and a full tummy.
Education Program sponsors the education of over 350 orphaned and rural children in China, from preschool through college.
Orphanage Assistance Program provides safe cribs and warm quilts, heating and cooling systems, clean drinking water, warm winter coats and clothing, diapers, formula, washing machines and dryers, incubators, toys and playground equipment, and more.
