Generation-Next is a Leadership and Professional Development organization aimed at building and organizing young global leaders to develop the economic power in urban communities.

Description

Generation-Next builds and organizes young global leaders to develop the economic power of urban communities. We lead our members and partners through a process known as "Collective Impact" - the coordination of efforts of groups across sectors to work toward a shared goal.

We have a team of dedicated leaders passionate about financially empowering underserved communities of color. We provide leadership development and career opportunities to our membership base.

Our main activities include:

  • Résumé reviews and writing
  • Career Coaching
  • Organizational Strategy & Collaboration
  • Job Fairs and other professional events
  • Community events

Our offices are located in Washington D.C., in the Dupont Circle district.
