Mission Statement

The purpose of the YWCA of Northwest Louisiana is to serve as a center which offers programs to empower women and their families to achieve their full potential. Our association acts as a catalyst for change to improve the status of women, and to promote peace and equality for all people. Our goals will be accomplished through education, advocacy, and the support of women and their families in our community.
