LIFESPAN Creative Campus programs capture the many wonderful and exciting opportunities we provide to individuals with developmental disabilities. The curriculum is based upon the interests of the individuals we support and this allows for an ever-changing environment. Individuals eligible for Day Activity and Innovations Day Supports services can choose to participate in the different programs and resources at Creative Campus Center City including:
- Art Programs: painting, pottery, sewing
- Indoor/Outdoor recreational activities
- Health & Wellness programs
- Use of the fitness room for exercise classes
- Horticulture Program
- Use of the Sensory room for relaxation and social interaction
- Compensatory Education classes
In addition to the Creative Campus, LIFESPAN offers the following services:
Alternative Family Living Services
An option for individuals choosing to live in a natural home environment. In an AFL home, the family serves as a natural support system providing care, habilitation, and community access and supervised supports for adult(s) in the home.
Supported Employment Services
Through a partnership with Vocational Rehabilitation, LIFESPAN provides job development, on-site job coaching, and Long Term Vocational Support services to enable individuals to work independently.
Services to individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
Individuals with TBI have the option of experiencing the programs and services of Creative Campus with the assistance of LIFESPAN staff that have been trained to support individuals with TBI.
In-home Skill Building
Provides habilitation and skill building support in the private home of the individual to assist the individual in becoming more independent.
Personal Care
This service provides support, supervision, and engaging in activities of daily living, and assists in maintaining skills learned through habilitation services.
Respite Services
Offers support to individuals and their primary caregivers by providing periodic in-home supports from skilled professionals.
