We provide young girls a safe, Christ-centered residence where they will heal, grow, develop, and become the women God created them to be.
Description
FOCUSED Ministries, Inc. is a faith-based, non-profit organization working w/girls ages 13-18. GirlsFOCUSED is a mentoring program at its core, but is also a gathering where we talk with a group of girls about issues that girls are facing today and kind of mentor them in ways to address these issues. We eat, talk about a variety of topics in areas of spiritual development, social/emotional health, career and vocational exploration, and health and nutrition, and also perform community service projects. We are not an organization trying to push a particular religious agenda or doctrine, but our foundation is based on the Word of God. We really just want to be an added level of support and a resource to girls, and their families, in this day and age.
