The mission of TEACH FOR AFRICA is to improve the quality of education in rural schoolsof Africa through volunteering.

Description

TEACH FOR AFRICA encourages maximum involvement of international volunteers with its programs, activities and operations. This involvement promotes good international relations and allows us to promote quality education in Rural schools of Africa. The involvement of volunteers helps to do the following:

1. Allow internationals the opportunity to be locally more involved with schools whose staffing is limted.

2. Give individual attention to less privileged children like the mentally and physically impaired.

3. Relieve the few available staff with excess workload.

4. To develop partnerships with groups and individuals to address rural Africa education needs.
