Animas Foundation

Description

Animas Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the economic lives of low-income families through outreach programs with financial education and facilitating entrepreneurial ventures. We seek to help people create independence by understanding how to produce income and invest it in their own future; how to conserve financial resources and save for the attainment of personal and family goals; and how to receive micro-funding for small businesses that will create income enhancement opportunities and build pathways to economic freedom.

The foundation has a target of helping start 3 new ventures in 2015 in North Texas area. The foundation is building up a volunteer force of professionals who will act as mentors to these start-up or expansion ventures. All new ventures will be provided financing, support and will be mentored up to two full years of operation until the venture reaches solvency and the debt is repaid.
