Mission Statement

Pink Ribbon Connection provides emotional support, local resources and education to those touched by breast cancer across Indiana.

Description

Pink Ribbon Connection is an Indiana-based not-for-profit whose staff and volunteers provide free, local one-on-one peer counseling for breast cancer survivors, as well as emotional support and resources to anyone touched by breast cancer. Founded in 2006 by a group of breast cancer survivors, the organization offers a wealth of breast cancer information and resources, including patient information packets; a resource library of hard copy, DVD and online information; educational classes; support services and networks for low-income and underserved families; and a newsletter with the latest resources, clinical trials and other key information for breast cancer survivors.

Pink Ribbon Connection is small, local and grassroots, allowing survivors to connect emotionally with other local survivors who have "been there" and who offer compassion and a listening ear. We exist to help all breast cancer survivors and their families feel comfortable and confident throughout treatment and beyond.
