Restorative Justice Coalitions

Description

Four communities around Billings (South side, Laurel, Heights, and Lockwood) have all formed coalitions. These coalitions are based on the restorative justice philosophy of holding juvenile offenders accountable, developing competency in the youth, and making the community safer. The coalitions are to identify their juvenile problems and develop projects to address these problems.
