Mission Statement

To provide a state of the art program, based on the principles of neuroplasticity, which enhances the lives of people with learning difficulties, to those enrolled at this research facility. To participate in research studies on the Arrowsmith Program, in order to ultimately make the neuroplastic techniques offered here more accessible to all people.
