Sow A Seed Community Foundation provides youth, their families, and the community with education, tools and resources to overcome social and emotional challenges, and lead positive, self sufficient lives. Our services include: prevention and intervention assistance, educational programs, leadership training, and community support. Sow A Seed Community Foundation’s Bright Futures Youth Development Program incorporates several youth development and mentoring programs that actively promote healthy lifestyle choices as well as emotional, social, and/or physical development.
