Our mission is to promote and foster the highest ethical relationship between businesses and the public through voluntary self-regulation, consumer and business education, and service excellence.

Description

The Better Business Bureau has been in existence for over 100 years, beginning in 1912 to combat misleading advertising and now has 114 offices in the U.S.A. and Canada. The Tri-State Better Business Bureau covers an 18 county area in Southern Indiana, including Evansville, Southeastern Illinois, and Henderson and Union Counties in Kentucky. The Better Business Bureau continues advertising review, in addition to helping to resolve consumer complaints involving marketplace issues, reviews local charities, gives pre-purchasing information, and conducts public speaking events. Programs are funded by BBB Accredited Businesses.
