Mission Statement

QSSAC provides individual case management services to people with HIV/AIDS who are living in Quincy, Braintree, Weymouth, Hingham, Hull, Scituate, Cohasset, Norwell, Milton, Canton & Sharon. We aim to help our clients live healthfully and productively.

Description

As a nonprofit agency, we are able to provide case management & Support, Referrals to medical, dental, mental health providers, and substance abuse counselors. Assistance with transportation to medical appointments, housing advocacy referrals, and nutrition services. We also now provide HIV Testing walk-in services on Fridays at our Quincy Medical Center office
