The Heights Foundation works to build strong, self-sufficient families in the Harlem Heights neighborhood. Our mission is to support education and wellness, Promote family and community development and provide the benefits of enrichment and the arts.
The Center was born from The Heights Foundation, the center allows educational programs for both children and adults to include an after school program, GED and ESOL classes. The center is a United Way House allowing for Senior Friendship Center and Goodwill Job link to be housed at our facility. The children in our After school program are exposed to the arts through local symphony’s, dance programs and artists. The center is open from 9-5 Monday through Friday. We have a social worker on sight as well as a culinary program to allow training for our neighbors.
