Mission Statement

To offer a diverse group of young adults a rustic, residential living experience; to enhance their personal development and ability to serve western Massachusetts' communities by accomplishing significant natural resource conservation and mentoring youth through in-school and after-school environmental education programs.

Description

We are a national service organization located in the Berkshire mountains of western Massachusetts. 24 AmeriCorps members and four staff live together at Kenneth Dubuque Memorial State Forest. We focus on creating a strong sense of community both within our program and in the outside area.
