Mission Statement

The Big Sur Intl. Marathon is a non-profit that serves the community by producing a world-class marathon and related fun events that raise money for local charities, while promoting health and fitness in the community. The JUST RUN youth program was created to fight the childhood obesity epidemic by providing a FREE program for use by schools nationwide.

Description

The JUST RUN youth program is a FREE school-based activity, running, nutritional education, good citizenship program for grades K through 8th grade. JUST RUN is website based - www.justrun.org and has been successfully implemented in hundreds of schools across the country. It has won several awards for being the best youth activity program in the country.
