Marin Ventures was formed in 1990 by a group of parents and professionals who recognized a need for community enrichedservices for adults with severe and profound disabilities.Our mission is to foster independence, personal growth, and to promote the opportunity for community intergration based upon individual need.

Description

Marin Ventures operates a day program for 71 adults with severe and profound developmental disabilities (mental retardation, autism, cerebral palsy,epilepsy). We offer an art program, and occupational and massage therapistwork part time with our clients.We also offer communication classes,computer training,employment & training,independent living skills, current events,community outings twice weekly for each of our clients and a host of other programs,events and services.We try to provide an enviornment where our clients feel respected,safe,and well cared for.Our clients come first and deserve the best possible care that we can offer them. We treat our clients with dignity,respect, and quality care.Words can't always describe how we feel about the folks that are entrusted in our care.
