The miission of Team SoCal is to present and support organ donor awareness, assist organ recipients, donor families, living donors family support members and transplant health providers in attending transplant games and to bring awareness for the need for organ and tissue donation.

Description

Team SoCal is a group of organ transplant recipient and living donor athletes, donor familiies, supporters and health care professionals committed to celebrating the Gift of Life.

The amazing team was formed with the goal of uniting the transplant community from Southern California to come together at a national level to compete, support and encourage each other at the bienniel Donate Life Transplant Games event and raising organ door awareness.
