Description

Georgia Library for Accessible Statewide Services (GLASS) provides library service to print impaired citizens of Georgia. Through GLASS, Georgians have access to a free national library program that lends talking books on cassettes, digital cartridges or in Braille and lends magazines on digital cartridge or in Braille.

In addition to the talking books on cassette, digital cartridges or in Braille and magazines on digital cartridges or in Braille; GLASS is a walk-in center that offers an array of patrons’ services and programs, and also actively promotes the library service to the wider community through outreach.

GLASS recording Program records books and magazines about Georgia and by Georgia authors. The recordings are done in a sound-proof recording booth at the library.
