Shands Healthcare and the University of Florida joined forces in 1999 to form UF Health Jacksonville - a place where exemplary medical care is complemented by outstanding service. Our not-for-profit medical center is licensed for 760-beds. With our main campus and neighborhood care centers, you will find the care you need in a location close to home or work. Volunteer opportunities are available in fifty departments on various shifts.
