Description

The Kansas City Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code of 1986. The chapter's purpose is to provide quality services for individuals of diverse backgrounds within the profession of human resource development, including, but not limited to: training, career development, organizational development, and performance improvement. By encouraging active participation, learning and the exchange of ideas, we strive to: assist the career and leadership development of our members; contribute to the effectiveness and profitability of our members' organizations; and advance the science of human resource development.
