The mission of L.I.S.A, Inc is to deliver high quality, innovative human service programs that empower teens and young adults to recuperate from the effects of abuse and neglect. We provide a full range of enriching opportunities needed to develop all aspects of their character including: healthy interpersonal relationships, academic achievement, cultural and spiritual development, and independent living skills.

Description

L.I.S.A. Inc. provides services to youth affected by abuse, neglect, abandonment, and adjudication. The programs include two Preparing Adolescents for Self-Sufficiency group homes housing adolescent females placed by CT Dept. of Children and Families, Supervised Apartments in Independent Living, Community Life Skills, Vocational Training, and Connections Mentor Program. Locations are Wolcott and Plainville, CT.
