Residential Services, Inc. (RSI), a non-profit organization started in 1978, provides a broad range of services designed to empower people in living as independently as possible in the communities and homes of their choice. RSI provides supports to adults, children and families with disabilities in the Duluth, Iron Range, and Northeast Metro areas of Minnesota.
