Rising Rays Boarding School

Mission Statement

Rising Rays Boarding School exists to serve the educational needs of the economically disadvantaged families of the Dilli Bazaar and Bagbazaar areas of Kathmandu. Many students at the school are sponsored by local and foreign N.G.O.'s and a fair percentage of our students receive partial or full scholarships. The mission of the school and its director is to improve local education through increased community participation and support for school programs and learning activities. Input, advice and suggestions from all sectors of society are invited to help improve education in not only our neighborhood but through our director's participation in the National Private Boarding Schools Association of Nepal to other needy schools.
