Description

Garden Partners provides garden-related programs to residents of retirement and residential facilities and to community members seeking a connection with others. Staff and volunteers facilitate gardening activities to enhance the physical, social and psychological health of participants, creating a unique way for participants to find joy and satisfaction in their lives.
