The Urban League of Greater Hartford (ULGH) is a proud affiliate of the National Urban League. Our mission is to enable African-Americans and other residents of the Greater Hartford Region to secure economic self-reliance, parity, power, and civil rights.

Description

The Urban League Achievement Center , a program through the Urban League of Greater Hartford, is an afterschool academic enrichment program for high school youth ages 13-18. The Achievement Center offers workshops in Customer Service, Employablity skill building, resume writing, college preparation, Leadership, cultural awareness, as well as Computer literacy training.

The Urban League Staff is in seek of volunteer(s) who are high-spirited and versatile with a strong passion to make a differnce in the lives of our inner city youth.
