Mission Statement

The mission of the Annie Applesed Project is to provide information, education, advocacy and awareness for people with cancer about natural therapies, lifestyle issues, complementary and alternative medicine (CAM).

We support people with cancer making more fully informed decisions.

Description

All volunteer organization, no paid staff

Internet-based - site up since 1999. Currently receiving about 70,000 visitors per month.

Information about natural and integrative approaches to cancer prevention, treatment, survivorship, etc.

Exercise, relaxation, nutrition, detoxification, vitamins/supplement, acupuncture, homeopathy, herbs, much more.

Summaries of medical, scientific, research and advocacy meetings from around the world, written by our volunteers.

Many links to cancer groups around the world.
