Description

Since it's conceptualization Trailways has had a purpose. Its founders have committed themselves to establishing an organization that does more than act as a means of temporary relief for a limited group of clients. Instead, we work every day to bring healing to families and communities of all cultural backgrounds. We empower our clients to find their own answers, to continue improving their quality of life independently after treatment, and to help others establish harmony in their lives.

Under the leadership of CEO & President Charles Ellis, LCSW, CHT; Vice President Curtis Wilkerson; Executive Director Al Scaife; Director of Staff Toni Mims, and Office Manager Brittny Richard, our growing number of basic skills trainers and psychosocial rehab specialists can continue to improve as they demonstrate an unparalleled level of commitment to providing quality service to our clients. Their passion for making a difference continues to fuel our efforts in the community. By partnering with like-minded agencies and informing ourselves, our staff, our clients and their families, we can work together to prevent violence, bring families together, raise children in safe homes, shelter the homeless, and establish a peaceful, happy community.
