We're leading the fight for the health of all moms and babies. Building on an 85-year legacy, March of Dimes is dedicated to funding lifesaving research, providing programs and education and advocating for vital health equity to create a world where every family, mom and baby are healthy and strong, regardless of wealth, race, gender or geography.

A foundation made up of volunteers and staff that fundraise, educate, advocate and spread awareness of our mission to help babies have a healthy start in life.
