Founded locally in 1927, the YWCA of Bethlehem celebrates its 88th anniversary in 2015. The YWCA is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. Programs of the YWCA of Bethlehem include WAND, TeenWAND, TechGYRLS, LPGA-USGA Girls Golf of the Lehigh Valley, Advanced Players Program, Adult Day Services Center, Senior Housing and Case Management, Great Decisions Foreign Policy Lecture Series, Prom Dress Day, Breast Health Education, Boys Golf Clinic, Dinner Dialogues and study/reading circles.
