Description
The First Tee of Greater New Orleans (TFTGNO) was first established in 2003 as the New Orleans Junior Golf Foundation. Re-branded as The First Tee of Greater New Orleans in 2004, our mission is to impact the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf.
The First Tee of Greater New Orleans has outreach partnerships with the New Orleans Recreation Development Commision (NORDC) and Department of Defense (D.O.D.). Through city partnerships, corporate sponsors, and community support, TFTGNO plans to reach its goal of impacting the lives of over 1,000 young people annually in the Greater New Orleans area.
