The mission of Brit Tzedek v'Shalom, the Jewish Alliance for Justice and Peace is to educate and mobilize American Jews in support of a negotiated two-state resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Description

Brit Tzedek v'Shalom, the Jewish Alliance for Justice and Peace, is a national non-profit grassroots organization, working to mobilize American Jews to advocate to the United States government in support of a negotiated two-state resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Brit Tzedek has 38 chapters and over 36,000 members and supporters. The Greater Seattle Chapter of Brit Tzedek has developed a network of over 1,000 supporters in Washington State. Brit Tzedek/Seattle actively engages in home-district advocacy with our 2 senators and the 6 Washington members of Congress who have districts in the greater Seattle area. Other major activities of the chapter are: grassroots organizing, events, outreach and media. Each year, the chapter holds several public events, as well as smaller public events and chapter gatherings.
