Mission Statement

Lucky Dog Rescue's mission is to save dogs who are about to be euthanized at high kill shelters. Our motto is...."The dogs who get rescued are the lucky ones"...and sadly, the reason we chose that motto is because everyday there are between 50-200 dogs who get euthanized in Maricopa County shelters. You can make a difference and SAVE A LIFE!!

WE NEED FOSTER HOMES in order to save them. If you cannot become a foster home to save a dog, you can also help by donating toward the boarding and vetting costs of a dog on their last day on death row.

You can also support Lucky Dog Rescue's mission by becoming a volunteer, donating dog food, walking dogs who are in boarding kennels, transporting to vet visits, participating in adoption events, and helping to fundraise. We are currently recruiting a Fundraising Coordinator. If you have talents for putting on fundraising events, please email for more info!
